We will submit your filings to the appropriate filing officer. If the filing gets rejected for any minor reason, we can resolve the issue and resubmit the documents with your permission. At the time of the filing we can also retrieve a certified copy and/or certificate of good standing. Once filed, we will return the filing (and certification if requested) by email, fax or overnight courier.
