FILINGS
We will submit your filings to the appropriate filing officer and advance all fees. We can accept filings through email, fax or courier. The acknowledgement copy will be returned via your method of choice.
SEARCHES
We perform searches at the state and/or county levels in most jurisdictions across the country. In additon to UCCs at the state level in Florida, we also search Federal Tax Lien and Judgment records. At the county level we can also search State and Federal Tax Liens, Judgment and Pending Suit (litigation) records. Records that can be searched at the state level varies by state.
REPORTS
We provide a report with all filings and searches. Our filing reports include the jurisdiction in which the UCC was filed as well as the file date, file number and debtor name. Our search reports include the jurisdiction, type of search(es), through-date and any findings; including file date, file number and secured party/plaintiff.
