FILINGS

All state-level filings are submitted to the appropriate office the same day on which they are received; time permitting. County level filings are submitted locally on a same day or next day basis and non-local filings are submitted acording to your instructions. We provide a report with all UCC filings including the jurisdiction in which the UCC was filed as well as the file date, file number and debtor name.
