WHAT WE DO

We hand deliver your documents to the Secretary of State’s office and pick them up upon completion, usually within 24 hours. We then will send them via courier of your choice.

WHAT IS AN APOSTILLE?

An apostille is a standard certificate provided under the Hague Convention of 1961 for authenticating documents for use in foreign countries. In Florida, the apostille certificate contains the original signature of the State Registrar and the Secretary of State and a statement of authenticity.

DOCUMENTS WHICH MAY BE APOSTILLED

The Secretary of State will Certify or Apostille the following documents:
Documents notarized or certified as true copies by a Florida Notary Public

Birth and Death Certificates bearing the signature of the State Registrar obtained from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Jacksonville Florida

Vehicle Titles certified by the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles

Corporation documents bearing the signature of the Secretary of State

Documents certified by a Clerk of the Court from a county within Florida
